Description

I created this after a very significant somatic session. I was finally comfortable enough to go back to my childhood sexual assult. This exercise was about changing the narrative in my mind. Placing a protector with me, taking away the fear. It was important to first feel the fear, lean into it, and then imagine someone I love and trust with me, someone who I wish was there to protect me. And in this scenario they did, we, my sister and I, pushed back. It felt like these massive flames were shooting from us, pushing away the hurt and pain, strongly and forcefully. I could feel it throughout my body, it was an amazing reset, that changed me for the nest.
